To Whom it may concern:

I have worked with Mark Nunlist for several years. He was the builder for our new 8400 square feet assisted living facility. We are pleased with our new building and have had very favorable comments from everyone who has visited our facility. The quality is very high and Mark was there during the project to make sure any last minute changes were completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Mark also built our personal residence which we are very pleased with.

I would not hesitate to recommend Mark Nunlist as contractor to anyone considering building a residential or commercial property.

Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions.

Respectfully,

Robert

To Whom it may concern:

Mark Nunlist and Nunlist Enterprises Inc. recently completed our home on Lakeside Living Road on Flathead Lake, Polson, Montana.

I wish to take this opportunity to convey that we are very pleased with our home and Mark’s management of the process from start to finish.

Mark offered many helpful suggestions during the process, starting with a review of our house plans, placement of the house on the site and dealing with potential site problems.

His selection and coordination of sub-contractors, and suppliers was excellent with timeliness always at the forefront.

I found Mark to be very engaged in the process and truly committed to the best possible outcome. I felt that his interest and our interest were the same throughout the project.

If I were to do another project I would want Mark in Charge.

Sincerely,
James

To Whom It May Concern:

From our first greeting to our last light fixture and every detail in between, it was an absolute pleasure working with Mark Nunlist of Nunlist Enterprises, Inc. He earned our complete confidence and respect.

First and foremost, we respect Mark’s character and work ethic. We were out-or-state clients who needed a reliable, trustworthy builder and we found that in Mark. He communicated regularly with us, told us exactly what the costs would be and completed the project on time. His paperwork was always timely, clear and accurate. Additionally, each and every subcontractor was on-time, professional, friendly and thorough. The mutual respect between Mark and his subcontractors was refreshing. Mark respected their talent and they performed to his high expectations. Lastly, Mark is smart, extremely organized and able to manage simultaneous projects with ease. He gave the same amount of attention and detail to our project as he did larger projects he had going at the same time.

We will retain Mark for any future project we endeavor and recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone considering hiring a general contractor. Contrary to many people’s experiences with other builders, our home building experience was truly enjoyable and we give full credit to Mark for that.

Please feel free to contact either of us at any time if you have any specific questions about our building experience with Nunlist Enterprises, Inc.

Sincerely,
Bill & Jane

BIG ARM, MONTANA
September 2007

For many years my wife and I have vacationed in and around Polson, Montana. About 1998 we decided to purchase some property in the area. After about a one year search we settled on a piece of land overlooking Big Arm bay. Our plan was to build on this property after my retirement.

Our next step was to meet with some builders and decide on a home design. It was during this period that we met Mark Nunlist of Nunlist Enterprises. Mark and I worked together closely to design a modest 3 bedroom home and where to place it on the 9 acre parcel. Mark kept me busy searching for fireplaces, lighting, paint colors, doorknobs, security lights and many other things. We talked frequently by phone and made great use of fax machines. When our home was finished it exceeded my expectations. Mark had indeed built us a customer home. Although modest the cost of our home was under the estimate and of a much higher quality then expected.

Ours is an Energy Star Home which allowed us to receive a several thousand dollars rebate from the state of Montana. Mark Nunlist did a great job and is always near if we have any questions. We have added a 20 x 40 foot RV garage to our property and of course this too was build by Nunlist Enterprises.

I would highly recommend Mark Nunlist for any building project you may have. He is simply the best at all aspects.

Sincerely,
Gerald

Ladies and Gentlemen:

This past year I had the pleasure of having my house built by Mark Nunlist. Mark possesses many skills and attributes that all culminated in a great home building experience.

Mark has excellent organizational skills. The house was planned in great detail prior to any work commencing. The extent at which the project was planned allowed for timely work with a minimum of delays. This allowed for accurate estimates of time, labor, materials and cost. Mark provided all information in writing and updated changes frequently. This nearly eliminated confusion on every aspect of the house.

Throughout the project Mark displayed a high level of professionalism in all aspects of his work. In dealing with various people throughout the project from banking to subcontractors, Mark provided a working environment that allowed others to excel. This setting resulted in high quality work from everyone. He engenders a great deal of respect from the people he works with on the job.

One of the qualities I found most important is Mark’s ability to communicate. I never felt that my point was being missed or that my position was misunderstood. He is always clear, upfront and honest.

In conclusion, I have a wonderful home that is built with quality materials and workmanship. In the process I was able to enjoy the experience and build new relationships in the community. I would recommend Mark without reservation for any future projects.

Sincerely,
Gerry
